Lip Service Classics: What Gets Us Hot (Fare’Nheit Lip Service)

Due to a tech issue, no new episode of Friday Night Lip Service was broadcast this week. But you need not go without your Serve of Lip this week, as we bring you another episode from the vaults.

In the words of the the Bard, 'Some like it hot, and some sweat when the heat is on.'
Apart from the indecisive sun of an Australian summer, what gets your favourite Friday Night Lip Servants all hot and sweaty? Find out in this Lip Service Classic presentation with a full house of April, Camille, Jillian, Liz and Mel.

(What is the collective noun for Lipsters, anyway?)

#8 Periods Revisited (Red Vag of Courage)

About 28 days ago, Jess and Nida brought you their perspective on menstruation. Since then, some of the rest of the team have been lining up our own thoughts on the subject. Tonight a different take on The Curse as your visitors come on to pad your evening.

So pour some blue liquid, don your tight white jeans and get out your cow's-head diagram. It's that time of next month as Daria, Lucy and new guest Amy get bloody irregular with topics, moon over the positives, rag on the negatives, and present their own period piece.

#7 Book Club: Alison Bechdel (Dykes to Listen Out For)

Well, well. Turns out The Essential Dykes to Watch Out For is no kind of Dutch spotters' guide at all, but actually a book of lesbian cartoons by Alison Bechdel.
Tune in to this Friday Night Lip Service as Jess and Daria give their opinion on this classic piece of queer sequential art in our latest Book Club episode.
If you have your own opinions or want to join the discussion, you can E-mail them to fridaynightlipservice@gmail.com or post them right here or on the Facebook page.

#6 The Asexuality Spectrum (A is A)

We all know how much queer people love rainbows, but the spectrum we'll be looking at tonight is the asexuality spectrum. Kat brings the world of the 'Grey A' to Jess, Kaley and 'embedded asexpert' Daria on tonight's Friday Night Lip Service.

Don't forget that next week we'll be having a Book Club episode, so you've still got some time to read The Essential Dykes to Watch Out For by Alison Bechdel if you want to send in your thoughts or join the discussion.
